Our mission is to educate and train individuals to the highest standard possible whether they are interested in self-defense, sport or fitness. Furthermore, we want to positively affect as many people as possible by increasing their confidence and sense of well being as well as their physical attributes.  Most importantly, we desire to reflect and promote Christ in all that we do.
